Submissions accepted for the online proceedings (Full Papers, Work in Progress or Late Breaking Work)
Submissions accepted for the conference proceedings will be published through the official Zenodo community of LBS 2026.
- Full papers – to present significant scientific results.
- Work in progress – to present ongoing work.
- Late breaking work – present research results, ongoing work, or emerging ideas that have not yet been fully developed or published.
These three types of submissions accepted into the LBS 2026 online proceedings will be published open-access through Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/) and linked through the LBS 2026 website. Each paper will be assigned a DOI.
Preparing the Final Paper
- Authors of accepted extended abstracts are kindly requested to prepare their camera-ready version by carefully addressing all reviewers’ comments.
- The final paper must be prepared using the LBS 2026 templates:
- Please make sure that the final paper includes: Full names of all authors, Institutional affiliations and Email addresses.
- It is your choice to submit your final paper as a short paper (recommended length: <6 pages) or an extended full paper (recommended length: <30 pages). If you consider publishing an extended version of your original submission in a journal after LBS 2026, we recommend you submit it as Work in Progress / Late Breaking work only.
- If you decide not to submit anything to the conference proceedings (but still present your work at LBS 2026), this is fine for us. In that case, please inform lansong_jiang@seu.edu.cn .
Submission of the Final Paper
The LBS 2026 conference proceedings will be hosted on Zenodo(https://zenodo.org/communities/lbs-2026).
Detailed instructions on how to upload your final paper to the correct LBS 2026 community on Zenodo are provided in the following guideline: LBS2026 Submission Guidelines.
Please submit your final paper to Zenodo by 13 November 2026.
