Registration is completed via bank transfer followed by online questionnaire submission. Two separate bank accounts and registration questionnaires are provided for domestic and overseas participants. Please select the appropriate channel according to your status.
- If conference participants require an invitation letter, please contact us via‑email at lansong_jiang@seu.edu.cn and provide the participant’s full name and affiliated institution in your request.
Note: Online registration will be available until 11 November 2026. After that you will need to contact lansong_jiang@seu.edu.cn for on-site registration.

Participants who register before 15 October 2026 are eligible for the early-bird discount. There are two types of participants, each with a different registration fee:
- Student: This includes all students with or without an accepted submission. Please upload a proof of your student status in the registration system.
- Other participant: participant with or without an an accepted submission, who is not a student.
Important Note: The registration deadline is determined by the actual arrival date of bank transfer. Please arrange your payment in advance.
The registration fee includes participation in all official conference events. It does not include accommodation and travel expenses which you have to pay and organize on your own.
Please note at least one author of each accepted oral/poster presentation must register for the conference by 1 November 2026. Late registration may result in the accepted submission being excluded from the LBS 2026 conference program and/or proceedings.
Invitation letters for the LBS 2026 conference can only be requested after full payment of the conference registration fee has been received. To request an invitation letter for a visa application, please contact: lansong_jiang@seu.edu.cn.

Invoice & Receipt Policy
1.Domestic participants: Electronic invoice is available and will be delivered via email.
2.Overseas participants: Only general VAT e‑invoice under individual participant’s name can be issued. Corporate‑title invoices are not supported. The e‑invoice file will be sent by email.
Payment instructions
- After registration and online payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact), you will receive a confirmation and a receipt.
- Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
- An invoice will be created for you, and a personalised link will be sent to your email by the organisers.
