Registration for the LBS 2026 conference is via the ConfTool platform:
- If you have submitted a paper to the conference, please use the same login credentials as those used during the submission phase.
- If you have not submitted a paper, please create an account to the ConfTool which will allow you to register for the conference.

Participants who register before 15 October 2026 are eligible for the early-bird discount. There are three types of participants, each with a different registration fee:
- Student: This includes all students with or without an accepted submission. Please upload a proof of your student status in the registration system.
- Other participant: participant with or without an an accepted submission, who is not a student.
The registration fee includes participation in all official conference events. It does not include accommodation and travel expenses which you have to pay and organize on your own.
Please note at least one author of each accepted oral/poster presentation must register for the conference by 1 November 2026. Late registration may result in the accepted submission being excluded from the LBS 2026 conference program and/or proceedings.
Invitation letters for the LBS 2026 conference can only be requested after full payment of the conference registration fee has been received. To request an invitation letter for a visa application, please contact: lansong_jiang@seu.edu.cn.
Payment instructions
- After registration and online payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact), you will receive a confirmation and a receipt.
- Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
- An invoice will be created for you, and a personalised link will be sent to your email by the organisers.
