Registration for the LBS 2026 conference is via the EasyChair platform:
- if you have submitted a paper to the conference, please use the same login information as in the submission phase.
- If you have not submitted a paper, please create an account to the Conftool which will allow you to register to the conference.

Note: Online registration is only possible until 11 November 2026. After that you will need to contact lbs2026@conftool.org for onsite registration.
Conference fees

When you register before October 2026, there is an early bird discount. There are three types of participants, each with a different registration fee:
- Student: this includes all students with or without accepted submission. Please upload a proof of your student status in the registration system
- Conference presenter: participant with an accepted submission, who is not a student. The reduced fee for oral/showcase presenters is only applicable for one person per accepted submission.
- Other participant: participant without accepted submission and who is not a student.
The registration fee includes participation in all official conference events. It does not include accommodation and travel expenses which you have to pay and organize on your own.
Please note at least one author of each accepted oral/showcase presentation must register for the conference by 1 November 2026. The late registration will cause an accepted submission to be excluded from the LBS 2026 publication means.
Invitation letters to the LBS 2026 conference can only be requested after we have received your full conference registration fee payment. For an invitation letter to apply an entry visa, please contact: lansong_jiang@seu.edu.cn.
Payment instructions
- After registration and online payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact), you will get a confirmation and a receipt.
- Be aware that refunding of payment is not possible.
- An invoice will be created for you, and a personal link sent to your e-mail by the organisers.
